Instructions:

1: Sample collection – Carefully insert the swab into the nostril and swab over the surface of the posterior nasopharynx.

2: Sample preparation – Add 8 drops of extraction buffer into the extraction tube. Leave the swab in the extraction buffer for 1 minute.

3: Procedure – Add 2-3 drops of test specimen from the extraction tube on the test card and read the results at 15-20 minutes.
